ADMINISTRATION
We have several condominium management service plans according to the characteristics of your condominium.
Administration
Condominium administration is performed by Hometrust, together with one or more two Internal Administrators (resident in the building), performing all the legal functions of the administrator.
Full Administration
This is the most complete service plan, in which Condominium Administration is provided by Hometrust, together with a monitoring commission (residing in the building), performing all the legal functions of the administrator.

Opening bank accounts on demand, term and condominium savings
Online access in the customer area to monitor your condominium
Display of the identification of the acting administrator at the entrance of the building
Presentation at the end of each economic year of a report of accounts, duly broken down
Presentation of a proposal for condominium regulation
Support in the collection of debts of tenants through solicitor and lawyer
Conclusion of contracts with companies or professionals who provide services to the condominium
Collection of dues by bank transfer, cash, check or direct debits (if costs are borne by the condominium)
Constitution of the Common Reserve Fund (DL nº 268/94, of 25 October – art. 4)
Exclusive bank account where all financial transactions are made
Contracting of mandatory insurance by law, in case of non-existence
Hiring of work accident insurance (for internal cleaning services)
Convening of joint owner’s meetings
Preparation of ordinary and extraordinary budgets
Elaboration of maps of the quotas to be paid for each tenant and for each fraction
Preparation of quota payment maps
Preparation of expense statements
Preparation of budget justifications
Issuance of quota collection notices

Issuance of minutes for delegation of representation powers to joint owner’s meetings
Sending the minutes to all tenants

Request for water, electricity and gas meters on behalf of the condominium
Possibility to contact the administration via e-mail to report occurrences, request information or make suggestions
Attendance at joint owners’ meetings

Writing of the minutes of the joint-owners’ meetings
Representation of the condominium before third parties
Meeting with the monitoring committee (as long as it was not possible by email or phone to resolve the situation)
Application for registration of the condo at R.N.P.C. (requesting an entity card similar to a legal person)

Request for installation or replacement of fire extinguishers or their load (once a year)
Request for installation or inspection of fire alarms
